Returns (Non-Defective Items)
If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• We will arrange return shipping at our expense.
• A replacement product will be provided at no additional cost.

Items Not in Original Packaging
Returns that are not in original packaging or are not in resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, at our discretion.

Important Notes

• All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
